    Wire Transfer question!

    Hi!

I have a problem and neep someone who can help me!
A company sent me on 13th August a payment using Wire Transfer! It's not the first they sent me a payment using this way... so no problem for me,

However... we are now 28th, and the funds have not yet reached my bank account! This company have provide with me (Swift Copy + Transaction refence) that proof the fund have been sent and cleared from her bank on 13th.
However... my bank still not got the fund. Habitually... it's only take 2-3 days for me to receive...but now we are 10-13 business days.

How can i get my money? What's can i do? It's for a large amount (6.5K), and i'm in Canada..

Thanks for you're help i'm a little disappointed about this problem!

    My suggestion:

I'd start by calling the casino and getting the name of the bank they sent it from...then you can take the reference code and call that bank, and get a reference code from them that they received from your bank.

Then I'd take that reference code and contact your bank to see what's going on...

Oh yea, by no means tell them what the wire is for
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Exactly what Win already said...there is always an easy way to track the flow of money as long as it has been sent by wire transfer...that is if they really sent it...

    Hi!

    Hi all,

    Thanks for you're reply!
The problem is... my english speaking is really really bad... so if i go a call to there bank... they will not understand my mean!

However, for Robwin... i have the Swift Copy of the Wire confirmation with reference number.. that's proof the wire was truly sent! Anyways... i got each month at least 1-2 wire from them!

    I really don't know what's to do

I too am in Canada, and receive payments by bank wire. For out of country transfers, most bank use an agent, and some of these agents handle US banks as well. Recently, I had to confirm my place of residence, but this was because they were having trouble sending wire transfer, not after there was a tracking number.

Bonne chance. Si vous voulez, vous pouvez PM moi.
