Golden Casino - Still Rogued?

Hello All,

I just wanted to share my recent experience with Golden Casino and perhaps renew some confidence in their responsiveness. Over the past year and a half I have popped on here and shared some of the same issues many of you all experienced with timely payments and such.

My issues were always payment related and not bonus as I try to avoid bonuses wherever I play. I've always thought of bonuses as a tool to hinder players rather than benefit. I waited a long time in the past just to get paid for straight play, sometimes up to a month. So this time I tried using the Solid Debt card they have been recommending for some time.

Last week I started playing heavily on tuesday and submitted a withdrawl request for 3100.00 on Friday. I was paid today in my solid debit account the full amount less than 72 hours later. This is a nice change from the experience I've had in the past and just wanted to share that all with you.

I think it's important to come on here and share the positive experiences as well rather than always posting with a complaint. I know they're likely rogued for countless other reasons, but just wanted to share that not all experiences are bad.

That post is over 8 months old, and apparently back then they could only pay via check.....but now it seems they have a better deposit/wd option available...

Looking at their site, it looks better than netspend....you can actually load it via Visa online.

err. except for the fees....load via visa: 3% + .45....actually that's cheaper than netspend if u do $100

and only .50 per transaction.....hmmmmm

today August 25, 2008: Ok , a couple of problems AGAIN at Golden casino. Seems that in June 2008 I began getting international service fees of 2% on all deposits via cc, because golden casino is using an international processor. This really adds up! and they will not reimburse me for it? well thats one problem, the big one is they are delayed with payment distribution again, they claim their processors system went down and they have to issue withdraws manually? Well its been about a month now I have been waiting and waiting. I enjoy golden casino, and all in all I have only had a few problems with them. I was so excited and pleased with their cash in hand withdraw method , it was really working out nicely, sometimes I would receive it the next day or usually within 3 days. I sure hope whatever this delay is doesn't cause them to lose this feature, because now they have me spoiled. I really don't trust other online casinos. I have been loyal to golden palace which is golden casino now in the US for many years and they have been good to me. I sure would like to continue playing at golden casino but I am going to wait until they get this straightened out before I make any new deposits. Anybody else experience these problems?

They haven't still paid after 6 months one player I know $2000 that was stolen from her cashout. It's from the case they got rogued.

Golden Casino=Spam,spam,spam.spam.spam!

If you really have to play a Casino that uses this software your best option is probably VIP.COM

They are listed here as an RTG but that is no longer the case.
The website sucks and the graphics are poor and the sound is not great but the slots play ok'ish if you can get over the fact that you can not change amount of coins so you can bet 1p a line or 5p or 10p> which is just stupid.
THe live chat there is very responsive though and they have plenty of deposit and cashout options, I will let you know how my cashout goes.
Plenty of slots to chose from but all with feeble themes and pathetic names such as "Naughty Ninjas", what? Sad really.

Anyway that slot is ok to play and it has 1 spin feature where the middle reel has a held expanding wild and because the other wilds appear quite frequently you can usually get a reasonable win.

Here are a couple of screens that show the graphics and feature, the Girl with the Sword is Wild or maybe just "naughty"

This rather long post is not an endorsement or recommendation of this Casino, just a little info, personally I just fancied a walk off the beaten track and only made the minimum deposit.

When I downloaded Golden Casino a couple of months ago I got a bug in my computer. Took me forever to get rid of it.

Yes, it does not like to be uninstalled and I reckon it has spyware too.

Update on my cashout at VIP.com.
I was payed in 24 hours so pretty good though it was just a small cashout to Neteller.
