    "Faulty" VP machine?

    Hi all!

At a reputable casino, should it be possible for a player to claim that a VP machine was faulty during a session?

I had one that is hard to explain any other way.

4400 games of 100-hand Joker Poker, not once was I dealt any pat hand better than full house. No 4 of a kind, no Straight Flush, no 4 to a Royal. It felt like it was fixed on not giving out any big wins.

Needless to say, the payout was a nightmare, played through $22,000 and lost $1,000, almost on the dot. That's playing 5c per hand.

The payout should be pretty close to 100%, as the paytable gives 100.0459% and I rarely make any mistakes at all. This session paid a whopping 95.5% back!

It's been a long time since I did any advanced math, but something tells me that:
    1. The payout is pretty unlikely.
    2. It is pretty unlikely to play 4400 games of Joker Poker without getting at least a pat 4 of a kind.

Anyone had similar experiences or could give me some statistical ammo for complaining to the casino. Or is it useless, even at an accredited one?

    Hi Slafs.
Unfortunately, there is no way any of us can tell you if we have had this same experience .. unless we know where it was you played. All Software providers and/or casino's (acreditted or not) are different IMO.

Ah, sorry, I always miss the crucial parts when posting.

It's a RTG casino, actually the only online casino I know of that offers players edge MH VP..
