Has anybody received "welcome" offers from an online casino called "Silver Oak"? or what appears to be a sister site: "Planet 7 Casino"? Both are owned by an outfit out of Nicosia Cyprus called BTK Limited - and both claim to have recently shifted over to an RTG operating system.

I have been inundated with emails at all three of my different accounts - and they are relentless!

Thanks!

I love answering my own questions!

I saw that the Crystal Palace Group has "rebranded" several of their sites (Thanks Casinomeister for that informative RTG list!!)...

And "shockingly" both sites (Silver Oak and Planet 7) are part of that conglomerate....

That explains how they located all of my respective email accounts.....;)

Yes, you are correct that they are re-branded Cyrstal Palace group casinos. Note that BTK Limited also owns casinos in the Virtual Group. For example, the home page of Cool Cat Casino said they were owned by BTK Limited a week ago. However, now the statement has been removed.

Well, I got e-mails from Pharaoh Gold and Captain Jack (both RTGs) apologising for the inconvenience caused to me because of major changes at the casinos and asked me to redeem a free $50 at each of them. The trouble is I never registered at either of them. Anybody know where they are from?

I am really confused that so many online casinos seem to be run from Cyprus... while in the part of Cyprus (Republic of Cyprus) I live, B&M casinos are forbidden. You need to cross the "greenline" border and go to so-called Northern Cyprus of you want to play. Sorry for OT...

Don't let yourself be fooled - Silver Oak is another Virtual Group casino ;)

CJCirrus.....welcome to the forum! :)

So you say Silver Oak is a Virtual Group casino? ......err, BTK (scarry......reminds me of Bind/Torture/Kill:eek:)

What's your take on the other rebranded Crystal Palace casinos? Are they BTK as well? :what:

wtf does a silver oak (tree) have to do with gambling, anyways? I see Virtual still hasn't gotten anyone on staff that's creative.

Yes, the rebranded Crystal Palace / Virtual Group new casinos do have odd names. For example:

Gold Stream Casino? -- That makes me think of urinating.

Planet 7 Casino -- This sounds sort of sci-fi, but I don't get the casino connection.

Captain Jack Casino? -- Is that a reference to Captain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean) since pirates have gold in their stash?

Cat's Eye Casino -- Maybe cat's eyes look like a jewel?

Lucky Palm -- Mabye a dealer's lucky palm?

Im a bit confused, maybe some light can be shed. Christine aka victoria from cirrus had a profile here that is an exact replica of yours and even on the bottom of your profile under casino properties it says cirrus casino?

If your not cirrus, why would you list cirrus as your property and why would you have the same exact info? There is also an odd thing I saw. There is a person named "chris" with that cjcirrus email selling a slot machine online for $5K.

So..is this a mistake, are you christine aka victoria, chris deangelo or just someone else who is confusing us?

Thanks

PSS...i did a screenshot of the profile page incase it disappears

Babs.......don't let the confusing angle stump you........they gotta try everything, right? :D

Just for chits and giggles, I'll share the snail mail received today........

Big white envelope with "Crystal Palace" as the return address, no actual address given but postmarked from Reno, Nevada.

Inside, half sheet of paper saying "Now called Planet7 Casino." There's that confusing thing! ;)

Then the typical casino BS................. and the big finish.........

They list their casinos!

Gold Stream

Planet7

Lucky Palm

Catseye

Ring Master

Royal Ace

Silver Oak

Captain Jack

Pharoah's Gold

lol

Thanks guys for the welcome!

Christine aka Victoria -- nothing to do with Chris D'Angelo... NEVER! and not selling anything online ;)

This is an account that I opened long ago and I was reading the forum and decided to post... have not posted before and I have no intention of posting any more... a friend of mine used to say if you have nothing good to say then don't say anything... so, I am not going to go into details about Virtual and how they do stuff there...

How would you know how they do stuff there, if you are not connected as vaguely implied here:-

Babs says:-

If your not cirrus, why would you list cirrus as your property and why would you have the same exact info?

I checked, and although CJCirrus is a "casino manager", I can find reference to NO "casino properties", so has babs' fears been well founded that you would hastily delete this nugget of info from your profile.

"CJCirrus" is just so obvious, but I have said in the past that "the best place to hide something is out in plain sight";)

I thought the old Crystal Palace casino was now Silver Oak, not Planet 7:confused:

I have received some offers based on my old Crystal Palace account, and they refer to my "Silver Oak account":confused:

Can we assume that these casinos are now run by Virtual, but as separate entities, perhaps in the same way that Big Dollar MG casino "is not Grand Prive"

Something to do with medals and bravery.

(I'm sure some irony is hidden in there somewhere).
