Many times we don't say anything nice when we receive good customer service or a well thought out reply from the casinos that we frequent on line. I just wanted to give a big to Julia and Paradise 8.
They will do well to keep her around, she is a definite asset to them.

Made a few deposits there but never hit anything. I also like to hear good comments about the better casinos lets you weed out the ones that get the i dont care attitude in check. Other then the part of winning and cashing out next priority for casinos should and always should be the customer service people.
Like in retail without the customers you dont have a pay cheq so maybe its time a few of them took their nice pills in the am.

I don't think it's necessarily that the support staff aren't nice - I think they're often given zero power and zero training, and are expected to "just keep the customers happy."

I've even heard of online casinos where the owner him/her self does the support b/c they're too cheap to hire help.

Good CS is a sign of a well-run casino.
