waiting for wire transfer

I cashed out at a MG casino last week, requested wire transfer (which I've done before with this casino) The cashout was processed and I'm still waiting for it to hit my bank. I just got off the phone with them and they said "it can take up to 10 business days from the processing date for a wire transfer"

What's up with that? Last time I got a wire transfer from them I got it within 2 days of processing. I've received regular mail checks in less than 10 days from other MG casinos. And to add insult to injury, they're charging me a $30 fee. Now I know how the Americans feel.... Swift, my *ss...

oh yeah and one more thing...I called yesterday, and the guy I talked to said "wow, there's something wrong, you should have received it already - you should have gotten your payment 4 days ago" but nobody was there from the accounting department so I had to call back - this time when I called it was "...if you haven't received it after 10 business days call us back..."

Anyhow I'm just venting. Thanks for listening.

The same thing happened to me in January. I hope yours doesn't take 3 months to resolve like mine did.

If it's any comfort, I have withdrawn via Wire transfer for the past 2 weeks on a payment schedule from Club World and I am in Winnipeg.

It has taken between 4-5 Business days each time to receive a payment. In fact I received an email today saying my final payment has been processed. I expect to receive it Tuesday at the earliest or Thursday at the latest.

I think RTG and MG use different processors.

Yeah - it's normal for wire transfers to take 2-4 days. If it's taking more, they should change their banking services (or stop lying to their customers)

Most likely. I was trying to give the OP a ballpark figure of an average wire transfer times from a casino. But I guess it really depends on which country the transfer originates from and what the destination bank is.

Also, I was charged the $30 to receive my transfers each time. And our silly money was worth more over the past couple of weeks so I lost 100+ for each transfer...

good grief - 3 months????

Personally I think that if a wire transfer is going to take longer than 3 days, they should eat the $30 fee. It's ridiculous to have to pay extra for something that supposed to be quick.

Maybe I'm just spoiled by 3Dice but I'm getting to the point where I'm sick of the runaround by the other online casinos. They take your money in a split second but when it comes time to pay out, suddenly it's a different story. Even the ones that are pretty fast don't pay out on weekends, so if you cash out on Friday you don't get any kind of action til the following week.

That's the reason I quit playing at Playtech - their stupid policy of 4 days of processing before they even start to do anything with your withdrawal. And if there's ANY kind of problem, guess what - you gotta resubmit and wait the whole 4 days again.
