Anybody hear of Jackpot Capital casino?

I saw this casino mentioned in another thread along with INETBET and Clubworld. I decided to give them a try.

A couple observations....they have no customer support chat, so if you have a question, you need to email them or phone them. After 11PM or so, nobody answers the phone even though they say they have 24/7 support.

This was an RTG casino that appeared to have the same payout on slots as all the rest right now...terrible. Needless to say, I lost my deposit. I wrote them an email asking about their payout. While they responded, they did not provide any information other than, "our systems are set-up to treat all players fairly". I guess "fairly" is up for interpretation.

Right now i would hesitate to go back there unless somebody has some very favorable comments about them. There was also very little information on them when I did a google search. I also did not see them on the RTG list provided at this site.

They seem to be the only casino owned by Greavestrend Ltd... but I've seen that name before. They're in cyprus. You don't get much from the about us page because there isn't one until you click through the affiliate link, and that is still sketchy.

My 2nd question:

But then on another side it's also written: " This Welcome Bonus is a play bonus and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn."
So which on is now right please?"

Their answer:

The first instance where it states that the welcome bonus cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn means that only after you have fulfilled the wagering requirements, you can have access to and will be automatically credited to your player account and therefore redeemed for cash."



Ok, i got very fast an answer, but sorry for my probably too bad english, but is this bonus now cashable after meet the WR or not?

When I played there, I didn't ask for the bonus. After I lost my deposit, I sent them an email asking about the bonus. They did credit it to my account. Unfortunately that didn't last too long. What i'm seeing is that my emails are being answered, but unfortunately there's no live chat and generally nobody picks up the phone.

I may try them again with an echeck (you need to send them verification and voided check).

To be honest, I'm really concerned about the Vegas Magic casino. They don't respond to emails at all. Also, it's really hard to get a hold of someone on chat. I'll wait a few more days and then contact Casinomeister to see next steps.

I feel pretty confident that Jackpot Capital is OK. I didn't win much here, but wanted to test the cashout process. They use the same echeck processor as mainstreet group and they definitely follow-up on emails. Also, they don't let the cashout sit in the account so you can reverse it. It was put in hold until echeck clears which I actually prefer.

I have talked to them a few times now via phone and email. They've approved my withdrawl and will be sending bank wire. I feel confident that they are fine because they are using the same processor for echeck that the mainstreet group uses.

I asked them why there was little information on them on the internet. I was told they are fairly new (about 1 year). They seem nice and I would return there. I'll keep you posted on confirmation of the payout, but right now i'm not worried. They have good promotions (if you like that) and english speaking customer service. They don't have online chat support.

The games are tight, but possible to win a little. I also liked the fact that they removed the withdrawl from pending the next day so that i couldn't reverse. To me, this is usually a very positive sign of a reputable casino.

This casino is definitely legitimate. Paid thru wire transfer in 3 business days. They also have something called a Jackpot capital debit card where funds are transferred directly to card and can be withdrawn at a wide variety of ATM machines. I've deposited about 4 times now and would say they are good option for RTG players (especially for US).

I've also experienced the same thing!

I tried it even in FUN Play and played with $200 and only 20 cent spins, but this money was away in 6-8 hours, so this is really a very bad payout, because on another RTGs i can play with this money at least about one day, but sometimes even some days!

there is definitely something wrong at that place. I just did an analysis of my results from the other night. Of 514 games played, bonus came up once (that's less than .2%) Of the other 513 base games, 429 or 84% paid below original wager or nothing at all (293 games paid 0).

They state their payout is 97%...I think they need to revise this to approx 30%. It sure feels that way and the results show that as well.

Their slot payouts are crazy low, it took me $30 to hit my first feature and I only hit Two features before going bust.
