Superior runaround
anyone else getting the runaround from Superior???, despite sending securiy docs 6 days ago, they have yet to accept them, blah blah...
seems like a general stall... cashout on 13/3, no request for security docs, sent them in myself... CS unable to help, UK phone no dosent work... just tried live chat again, we will look into this it may take 48 hrs to reveiw your docs, christ they have had em 6 days...

Sounds weird to me.
Ive made several cashout at Superior and Ive been paid and always in a timely manner.

Kenny Superior Casino to me always have a fast reply.
I never had any problem with them. They treat players with respect also. Maybe someone at Superior Casino has had a bad day or something. I will keep an eye out on this thread to see if they do reply. I don't like any place that I promote that ignores the players.

I've played at Superior Casino for many months and experienced a withdrawal delay in January due to a USA ACH issue. Otherwise, they have been great. I still play there from time to time.
