Superior runaround
anyone else getting the runaround from Superior???, despite sending securiy docs 6 days ago, they have yet to accept them, blah blah...
seems like a general stall... cashout on 13/3, no request for security docs, sent them in myself... CS unable to help, UK phone no dosent work... Kenny Superior Casino to me always have a fast reply.
I never had any problem with them. They treat players with respect also. Maybe someone at Superior Casino has had a bad day or something. I will keep an eye out on this thread to see if they do reply. I don't like any place that I promote that ignores the players.

I've played at Superior Casino for many months and experienced a withdrawal delay in January due to a USA ACH issue. Otherwise, they have been great. I still play there from time to time.
