Rival: davinci's gold

Been trying a lot of the Rival casinos, so made a deposit at Davinci's gold last night since i had an itch to play scary rich. well, my bonus was not credited and i'm sure i clicked the button... Their entire customer service was offline... no chat.... no phone...nothing. Waited a little, though i know i should have waited until cs was available, but i deposited to play, not wait (know what i mean? lol) Played scary rich, didn't do too well, that's ok. But the abscence of cs left me a little disappointed. A simple chat would have fixed the problem.

I sent an e-mail about the cs issue to their staff. Woke up this morning to an e-mail saying my bonus was manually credited even though i played and lost my deposit. Just thought that was nice since they didn't have to do anything. It was my fault for not waiting, but when you gotta play, you gotta play.

So far my experience at all the rivals have been pretty good. Pantasia requested docs for my withdrawal and that process was done very quickly though i guess ach's still take a while.

Not sure how the rivals do the bonus thing because they all have such different bonuses with different wr. The last one i used at thisisvegas was a hard one with more restrictions, so i tried another rival and they had better terms. It's confusing because i know the rivals are in groups but the casinos in the same group can be totally different with different managers or reps.

Anyway, it was a chance for Davinci's to either leave a player disappointed or to keep the player happy... and they kept me happy. (the wr will be hard since scary rich is on a downswing for me, but i just like to play. )

Yes, that's the one i took too. it seems to be the one where you can get the best bang for your buck. the wr usually don't bother me too much since i normally like to just play for a long time.

Same exact thing with me Mousey. I even contacted CS one night about 2 weeks ago and asked them what was going on and this is what CS told me. They said the promo part was not functioning. Strange indeed. I did log back in over the weekend and there is one promo listed now, but I still haven't received any emails from them in weeks. For those of us who like the bonuses, you would think that they would realize that some snafu like that hurts their business. I have not deposited since they have had issues. I thought that they would at least send an email with an announcement about the promo's working again......but nadda on that.

Kakata......I got the same email from Club World.

You would think that someone would proof the outgoing emails before hitting send wouldn't you. Allowing things like that to happen seem very unprofessional.....don't you think!

Oh and the last time I complained at Mayan about the disconnects and slow server response, the CS pretty much said tough sh*t. I also had a problem after an update there where the reels wouldn't really spin.......instead of spinning they just went ker-plunk. I tried to explain to no avail. The fix they offered did not work and I eventually took it upon myself to uninstall and reinstall and that fixed the problem.

I wish more CS people would read the forums here.......maybe they could get a better understanding of what not to do and what to do.
I don't think what most of us expect is unreasonable.

well i decided to give dvg a shot last night. put it this way...if i would have taken screenshots i would have my own forum. i have never had a run like last night on any online casino. do not have time to play today but i will hit it again in a day or two. vp played awesome as the cards kept coming my way and that scary rich game? man i had must have restarted that game 50 times because of the 100x bet bug. unreal. lots of fun. lets hope cashouts go smooth if, and i say if, the luck continues. hope everyone else does as well.

Next time make sure the promotion says "promtion now claimed" then make the deposit. You have to click claim in the lobby then claim in the cashier.

Unfortunately, i reversed my davinci's wins over and over again until i gave it all back, but i can tell you i had a great time with lots of play and haven't needed to make a deposit anywhere in a long time. On the bright side, i got a lot of it back at Pantasia and won't be doing any more reversals this time. Still ahead of the game at rivals even after countless hours of play over several weeks.

Though, i'm a little suprised that i reversed that much money (same as depositing it back, right?) and i have no promotions or bonuses at davinci's... weird.

So there you go guys! Gave some of it back so i expect to see everyone else get some of those wilds during the bonus !
