I am just starting out with the grand prive network and i enjoy what i see so far - havent cashed out yet so it would be nice to hear about anything that i need to be for hand!

Yeah they are the only group to have actually reduced the reverse pending time (to 6 hours) making them the 2nd shortest MG on Reverse times (32Red group are 4 hrs) overall and the shortest default reverse time of any MG for US players. Plus they also do manual flushes. Gets my appreciation

Quite hot on documents though so the first cashout might take a bit longer.

They look glossy, but they are liable to suddenly cut you off from ALL events, which are usually big bonuses, but include slot tournaments.

There have been other threads regarding inept CS, and for some countries, payment issues (mainly US).

I got a pretty good promotion package from them out of the blue this week. I didn't take them up on any of them as not sure who is going to pay US and who isnt but it was a suprise

You are the only one I know with more bonus bans than me :)

But you are right, they do not like winners. But I had a good time with Grand Prive and they always paid fast and CS was actually helpful. But better get used to suddenly be removed from the bonuses/tournaments if you do too well.

I never did either .
And alot of other people can say the same
and then suddenly the promotions just stop .
That's why I was so suprised to get something from them .
If you like them then enjoy what they offer while it lasts .

 I like Grand Prive. No cashouts yet. The bonus offers come like clockwork - geeze I hate to hear they may stop - suddenly! But that's ok - I'm going to bonus-free anyway :)

You may need to be proactive with getting them the documents they need.

Case in point, after waiting several days for a cashin to be processed I called them up and asked what the delay was. It was only then that I learned the finance department would need a signed authorization form for my recent credit card purchases before I would be paid. Apparently this form was never sent out to me. Lapses like that I find quite annoying.

That said, they do pay quite fast once everything is in order.

Oh, so it's not just me then!
I was getting promo mails just about every day from GP, and because I'd read here that their ongoing promotions are very good, I signed up with Grand Bay.
Did the sign-up bonus and made $446 profit from it, then BAM! No more promo offers. :(

I could understand that if they knew it was The Kasino King they were dealing with  but I can't see how they would make that connection.
So maybe Zoozie's right - they don't like winners. Strange attitude for a casino. :what:

Apart from that - no complaints. Good CS & fast payout!

Erm...it makes perfect sense to me that they would stop offerring lots of freebies to people who profited regularly from them. Sounds like a sensible business strategy :)

Although you might expect the odd one or two "loyalty" bonuses from time to time. Getting the balance spot on to keep loyal players loyal and prevent bonus hunters taking you down can't be easy.

Winners:eek:

I was 3600 in the hole over three months, and then they bonus banned me!

I have only been bonus banned at those RTG casinos where I am ahead overall, which is ClubWorld and King Solomon. I have, however, begun to receive Club World mailers again since last week.
I also had my Casino Rewards account locked three years ago, but hasn't everybody:rolleyes: I am VIP there now, after they bought me from Casino Action with Aztec Riches & Phoenician (they probably saw all those thousands in deposits, and realised I went there AFTER they locked my rewards account:D).

Grand Privvy sent me the infamous CD snail mail offer, TWICE:)
I was encouraged to "own it", and they lavished 50% and 100% bonuses to the tune of nearly 1000 per week.
They then launched the big $50,000 tournament that was "eCogra approved", and in the second round I got banned, although my accounts are still available as "plain vanilla" MG.
Bollox to that! I'll play at Casino Action without bonuses because they have those tournaments on Monday and Thursday, and I win a fair amount in prizes, AND get taken to Las Vegas & the World Cup:p
I also chase Jackpot Factory events without deposit bonuses, because the prizes are pretty decent, especially when several events run concurrently, like this weekend, for a total of 2800 in first place prize money, not to mention the 700 or so I am expecting from "Lucky Stocks".

I still have Grand Bay installed, and with around 1.50 of comps bonus, so that I can play a couple of 9p (or less) spins on Thunderstruck every three months or so - just to annoy them:p

Yes, you can take all four match deposit's from them. I did!!
but, to be sure contact CS.
I think that changed quite recently, maybe3 or 4 month ago.
Also, the relaods offered to me were actually quite crappy IMO, cause they all were 10-20% bonuses.
After spamming with these "great offers" on a daily basis for about 3 weeks, these offers suddenly stopped and they switched to spamming me with completely content-free "own it today" mails which never stop coming in even when unsubscribing from their mailings a dozen times.

Hi guys! I have deposited $80 this morning and am now at $36k...don't worry, I'll post all the screenshots later. My question is that while I have deposited several thousands into Grand Prive, I have yet to make a withdrawal. I contacted CS and they need the following:
1) Copy of my ID
2) Copy of my most recent utility bill in my name
3) Copy of the front and backs of the two credit cards on my account
4) Signed copy of their purchase agreement

I've never been asked for the 3rd item. Has anyone else? Also, does anyone know how long they take to process? I've asked several times but there must be a communication gap. The CS told me that there's no limit on the withdrawal. He also stated that the only withdrawal option for the US is a check. Where in the hello am I going to cash a $36k check? Should I do it in increments? What other problems should I expect to encounter since this is my 1st withdrawal from them?

I ask you guys because Lord knows, I've never been on the winning side. You guys are the MASTERS...so help me. (And answer all of my questions :notworthy)

Let it be known that the grand prive group allows constant spam to continue from rogue affiliates.

This same group spamming jupiter club is the same one that has hit other affiliate programs in the past.

They keep saying they'll investigate it, but never do.

Never a problem with Grand Prive

Baylee,

You should not be concerned about sending the information requested. I have cashed out and received checks from them many times with no problem. I'm sure if you wrote CS, they would make the checks in smaller increments for you.

congrats on your winnings!
