Is there more to go on than live chat being down? This can be any number of other problems.

Jetset, if you mean by your question whether 49ers is going to close down or not, well according to the live chat I had with them today they told me

yes we are closing.

Thanks - I'm assuming that this was a support rep answering a question from yourself, and he/she definitely said they were closing? Was a timeframe given?

So far, I have been unable to find any evidence of an affiliate notice or player email which usually precedes this sort of announcement.

We'll look into this further, but if you hear anything more please post it here.
