Neteller withdrawal fee
Has anyone encountered this before? When I look at their payout options it says nothing about once a week is free it says Neteller withdrawals FREE.

Buried
This is buried deep, but should not be a problem once you know about it. They have at least given you the option to delay your withdrawal till the following Monday rather than process it and quietly deduct the fee.
Clearly, in their case, it is best to withdraw it all rather than leave some behind to continue playing (and withdrawing again if winning again). It's not the ONLY pitfall this group have either, once you are in profit overall, you are BANNED from ANY of the usual free cash promotions on the website or by e-mail until you again show a net loss. I have an account there, and if I ever go ahead in my play will uninstall the casino. I play little here anyway beacuse their lobby takes forever to load or change from one game to another. Other RTG lobbys are fine, it is specifically a problem at the VIP.com RTG download casino and happened after the "improvement!"

What's their excuse for charging $15? This is a disgrace. Sure, they incur charges when transferring money to your account, BUT this is called OVERHEAD. Let's see a B&M casino try and charge you for cashing your chips in so they can cut their overhead, and see how long that lasts.
The only reason a business would try and cut their overhead is if they were selling a PRODUCT. This is definitely not the case here. There's plenty of other casinos out there don't have this BS clause and provide just the same, if not better, service. If one didn't click on "more info", they would never know about this charge. It says FREE, and that's how it should be; without hidden fees. If they didn't want any confusion over this, then it should be "FREE*".

When I cashout I know Neteller is free. I don't look for fine print. I guess I will be sending an email to every casino I play with and ask what their fee schedule is for their withdrawals. Specifically asking the question about a second withdrawal.
It is time to start fighting fire with fire. Stop playing with casinos that can't take it when the player actually wins!

perhaps they do a large share of their business with their sportsbook?
i'm not saying I like this charge, but it's fairly standard with sportsbooks. many allow only one free withdrawal per month.

VIP
This is a big problem when sportsbooks take on casino only customers. They treat them like they use sportsbooks and know how terms differ.
They also, as I said, use the sportsbook rule of not allowing overall winners to benefit from promotions, hence if you win and are only interested in the casino, you may as well uninstall and play elsewhere. Bonus bans at casinos tend to bite once you get well ahead, it looks like the trigger point at Roxy Group is £5000 ahead for killing newsletter VIP offers stone cold dead!

So they should be able to screw the casino-only player simply because they either play at a different sportsbook, or have no interest in sports betting?

Anyone knows if casinos pay a neteller free for deposits/withdrawals and how much?
I pay 2% or something of each transaction, a very high free. On top of that comes a very bad exchange rate if I the transfer is not in $. Zoozie |

I have to be honest and say while I encounter a lot of charges through neteller which no doubt mount up, I feel their service is generally extrememely useful so I have no prbolem with it. Sure it's not perfect, but considering the ATM card, I think it represents good value for me at least and I have no problem paying reasonable rates for services I value. |
