VPL and/or others, time for wire transfer

Wondering what time is normal for a wire transfer to be recieved.

I am currently waiting on a transfer from 777 Dragon (VPL), submitted on Nov 12th, approved on the 18th and will take between 4 and 7 days to reach me. Why it took them 6 days to "approve" is beyond me.

That means a potential time of 14 days.

There are no ID issues etc, as I have many transfers in the past, however it seems to take longer and more troubles each time.

Any one suggest another Casino, that is faster and accredited here. Must be decent customer service . I think it is time to switch.

I'd suggest emailing them and telling them its getting too long and you're thinking of switching casinos - give them a chance to respond. I did this a loooong time ago with Casino Kingdom before they got sold to CR/ITS and it worked - for a while at least. Most MG's should do 7 days tops on a Wire Transfer once the ID hurdle is out the way.

I have given them oppurtunity to remedy the delays or at least explain, and, have quite frankly, been dissapointed at the promptness or clarity of their responses.

In fairness to VPL, I have had two cashouts go smooth and around 8 that have been screwed up, my own fault for not changing before this.

I enjoy the Casino, the service is not the best and the cash outs, well slooooow!!!!!

Was it in the T&C? If it was then you cannot complain, but if it was not, then you should demand a refund. I had this problem with Capital Casino once. BACS transfers should be cheaper than sending out cheques, there is no justification for charging for them. £25 would be reasonable for a same day CHAPS payment.

Done another withdrawal GM and checked T&C's (this time a cheque so i wont pay £25 again ) .... Bank transfers are free it said, i've taken a screen shot and PMed it to Bellerock rep, wait and see what happens.
