49er and Instacash?

Hi everyone!

I just downloaded the 49er casino and I don't see Neteller Instacash so I contacted the casino and they told me they offer it. Well I do not have the Instacash button on my cashier page. They told me to reinstall it or there must be something wrong with my computer. So I reinstalled it and still nothing. I had my friend download it too and the same thing on their computer. Does anyone else have the same problem? Thanks

I just use normal Neteller at 49'er and I have never waited more than 1 hour before the money was in my neteller. Several has been done in less than 20 minutes.

I believe there is a separate button for this, it just says InstanaCash on it or something.

It was showing up before the new games/software upgrade on mine and it disappeared when I went and re-downloaded the casino so it must be some kind of glitch in the banking section of the software?

Robert, the Instacash option is not yet active in the cashier. There is a note on the top of the banking section of the website of the

We currently accept deposits via NETeller, Credit Cards, Click2Pay and InstaDebit. Other payment solutions will be available shortly.

Once the Instacash along with the other options become available we will notify all our players. I do apologize for any inconvenience
