I wish it was easier, but it's not and I think this was calculated by those who know the law...
BTW, I closed my account with SC back in 2005, as I got the "Feeling" all was not on the "Up and up" But that's just my personal feeling.
The contact from Playtech disappeared again
Probably that is the way they work .
Once Caruso spoke to them they sent me an email they take care of it but actually all they wanted is to postpone the issue again and again.
Don't worry about Iris, I'm in direct contact with the operators. I'll contact them to see what's up.

I have just got an email from the manager at Swiss and casino Las Vegas
Thank you Bryan and thank you Caruso for your comments
Dear Ms.Tandogdu,
My name is Graham, and I am an account manager at Casino Las Vegas and Swiss Casino which are both part of the IOG Casino Group. On behalf of the IOG Casino Group, I would like to apologize for the oversight concerning your two accounts at our casinos.
Your withdrawals in both of your accounts will be processed shortly. This month you will receive your withdrawal of $2,102 from Casino Las Vegas, and in April you will receive your withdrawal of $3,677 from Swiss Casino. Both withdrawals will be sent to your Neteller account. If you have any questions or concerns please email me at accountmanager@casinolasvegas.com.
I would once again like to take this opportunity as a representative of the IOG Casino Group to extend our full apologies for any inconvenience this incident may have caused.

WOW! I cant believe you got Casino Las Vegas to pay. Or should I say, agree to pay? They can say anything. I would like to hear that you actually did get your money!!! If you get paid, please share the secret of your success. How did you do it? They have owed me about $1,700 since July. Even with The Meister, I haven't had luck getting them to pay me. Please post the steps I should take to get the results you did.
Congratulations!

Thanks
