    Fractals are interesting to me as well. Simple equations, never repeating. But I admire them from a different media. More as theory than as art. Fractals ... so cool. They say a lot about our perception, relative reality and who we really are as individuals. This is in regards to fractals that are part of our collective unconscious.

    One of my all time favorite movies is Ground Hog Day as well.

    I made a complete GUI for generating the fractals as I can currently generate them. The
    final program will be more advanced of course:

    Just unzip and click the start file. (no install, it only needs the folder)

    I hope you can find out how to use it. But it is not much different from slots actually. Most of the spins sucks. Same happens here. You press "create new" over and over until you find something nice. If something looks nice you can then start to further modify it. Rotation/mirror symmetry etc.

    When you can to make it full size press the other button and wait..
    I can take a few hours before the picture is 'stable', but already after a few
    minutes you can see how it will look like. However it for the all the details to be near perfect give it at least 20 minutes.

    I seems to be best to only use a few variations (2-5) and then set the probability of subvarition to max (50%).
