hi there my account number is ************** and despite over a dozen emails regarding my loyalty points i have been totally ignored for over 2 weeks now and this is unacceptable. I am beginning to wonder if the site is still trading . It will take some really good excuse for me to stay a member now as i am totally hacked off as their is no livechat nor telephone number and this is not the first problem i have had. To be honest if i get no reply i will have no option but to ask the meister what to do next.
