  1. Wow no reply to my numerous emails and looks like I will never get an answer here either!
  2. I am writing as I have been unable to get a reply from my emails to support. I have sent the emails to contactus@thecasinous.com. I got an email dated Feb 22nd stating:

    unfortunately this email was sent to the wrong email address and did not get to me until the 23rd at which time the promo had expired!
    But here is the problem!
    I sent all my documents in and updated all my accounts to my Stuff57@msn email apx 3 months ago. I even funded the account mentioned in the email promo and the deposit confirmation came to my stuff57 email. So the fact the spins email went to the wrong email is a error on the casinos part and i feel i should be given the spins. However when i spoke with live chat they say there were no promos for my accounts! I have forwarded the original email but nobody seems to want to reply!
