Thank you very much for all your information. I do appreciate it. I have checked every website including this one and the casino I gamed at and deposited money is not on any rogue list, in fact it has a good reputation. That is why I don't understand why they won't work with me and I will cooperate in any way because I realize their hands are tied as well, because I am from and excluded state and it is difficult to get money to me.
They tried to send me a check and it bounced - insufficient funds. Then they sent me another check so they said, I never received it and it has been over 2 months. And this is after they realized I was from an excluded state. Their stance is this has never happened before and they have no idea how I was able to download and play at their casino. Also they are part of the microgaming group. That is why I am so upset as I think they would do the right thing and just void my deposits as if I didn't play at all, return my money and be done with it. I have continued to email them and they will not help me. Do I have any recourse at all?
