    I am in the USA and have received this disturbing email today that because of the turmoil with quicktender and your closing the USA casino, Villento is going to cheat me of my $400 payout and not pay me at all.... this is very disturbing as I thought Villento to be absolutely top drawer. I wrote them again yesterday to tell them I have both an active click2pay and ecocard account but according to this, Villento is going to keep my money! The email I received is in the following post as it makes this too long.

    Hi I got an email last week saying I would get up to 70percent bonus well I only deposited 20.00 i like to play at rich reels cause I have good luck there but the rep said I can't get any bonuses from you. I would like to know why since you send that email to everyone why I am singled out not to be able to get a bonus my acct is TRRUS001057. The second time I went to live help no one would even answer me. Also everytime I hear of a freebie or contest win I am never a part of it. Is it because I am in the USA?     I have sent you a private message regarding my withdrawal. On your website you state that all webwallet (quicktender) withdrawals will be paid within 24 hours, however this is simply not true. My cash out was last Wednesday (or Thursday...wee hours) and I used a webwallet without a bonus. This is the following week and still no pay. Why do you have it on your website that withdrawals will be paid (through webwallet) within 24 hours if this is definately not the case? I wanted to address this issue in public, as I am sure others are wondering this as well.

    I've played at Villento for avery long time. However, I mostly play at Casino Rewards (1million VIP points). I just was told by Jeremy in support that MG has decided NOT to allow any U.S. players to play 'new' games like Hellboy but we can play the older games if we already have an account. WHY? What nonsense is this that U.S. legislation allows us to play OLD games but not NEW?

    I made a withdrawal on the 29th of april. I talked to your live help and there were no problems with the withdrawal and would be processed. But I still haven't received the money in my neteller account, but it says at your casino that a withdrawal with neteller takes 24 hours after the "reversetime" ? Could you please make sure it is credited as soon as possible?
