I had another run of good luck @ your casino. I hit the random jackpot on Victory on 1/13. However I am starting to become concerned. I was told my withdrawal would be processed in 48hrs. It has now been 6 days & is still pending. I have used your live chat twice, but with no definite answer as to what the hold up is. I was always impressed with how fast your withdrawals were in the past but I've been waiting 6 days for this one & still have another $1000 I want to cashout. Please check into this & see what can be done to speed things up.
