    Hello Dean, thank you for the response. You assume us not being in the UK which is bad logic, but you at least put a question mark at the end of your sentence. Then you go on to answer the topic as if it is a fact. Why you need to PUT CAPITALS IN BOLD to shout that you are owned by the goverment is beyond me. I am not stupid and can read without the shouting. As a matter of fact, I personally live in Kent, UK and am a British citizen. The government seems to find me without problem for taxes, but you can't find me to give me the bonus! The man on the phone wasn't even interested in helping, although he did at least tell me to send in a copy of my passport. As I said, most likely if I had deposited money with my visa there would be no problem at all. I have no issues with your company needing positive identification, this just wasn't handled properly.

    I have not said you are rogue, just bad service, and I still do not see any inprovement with your reply.

    Hi Matsya and cmoses - first of all I would like to appologise for the time it has taken to receive a response. I have only just signed up and started to visit the boards regularly so I am sorry for that.

    Second of all, I am sorry you both seem to be having the same issue. I assume neither of you are based in the UK?

    If this is the case, it is standard procedure for accounts to be locked after 72 hours in order to request official identification documentation. We have ways of checking the details you enter of you are a UK resident but if you are based outside of the UK then we have to do this manually.

    I can assure you there is nothing rogue about this. We are THE oldest sports betting company in the UK, formed in 1928 and are OWNED by the British Government. Being government owned, we have strict rules and codes we need to adhere to so there is nothing rogue about us.

    Well, it seems I am not the only one to suffer this fate. I signed up for the 25 pound bounus to play Roulette and was locked out of the account within minutes. I called and the guy said I wasn't on the electoral role, and that I should send in a copy of my passport document. LOL, ya right, don't think so. I bet if I had made a deposit with my Visa there wouldn't have been any blocking. Keep the money, I have other accounts, no problem. Won't be saying anything good about totesport to my gambling friends though.

    What is this all about? I opened account with you because your casino is listed on Casinomeister.com trusted casinos webpage. Now this sounds very rogue to me, locking new account for no reason.

    Not very good start for you people to treat a new client like this.
