I am truly sorry you had a rough time at the casino and apologize for any inconvenience you faced when dealing with our anti-fraud identity verification procedures. There are some sad stories out there about individuals losing lots of money with identity theft, so there are stringent requirements involved -- some passed along from credit companies themselves.
