after my docs were approved, i was told by your casino that they wired my winnings june 16yh & would take no longer than 5 business days . well as of today, june 24th, the money is still not in my acct.& thge people who corresponded w/ me are not answering back anymore...i have all the emails that says repeatedly that its on iys way when the truth was vipslots was taking me for a ride..lying through their teeth....has vipslots taken the way of thr rouge ?ii really hope this reaches you somehow so you can straighten it out.....bye...mr_allan2003

hi,...i hope you've read my p.m....anyway, i'm writing you officially this time as i just got a message from vipslots saying that my official stae issued i.d. w/c i use in all my direct banking transactions, accepted by all the casinos , both land-based & online & used by me to file taxes, is not good enough for them...i have been playing online since it first started & i have cashed out numerous times using the same i.d. w/ microgaming, rtg, playtech back in the days, etc....some have tried to give me the same delaying techniques but ,they all paid....please, can you look into my transaction as i do not really want to go through all these all over again....i dutifully pay all my deposits & i expect to be paid this one time that i won ( a measly $1500.00)...the last thing i need right now is to engage in this kind of b.s....thank you & please reply soon...............................mr_allan2003... ..............p.s....i once cashed out w/ hot pepper & everything was fine....
