I won a random jackpot at Rushmore Casino. It has been over 30 days since I was approved for payment, but I have yet to receive my winnings. I keep getting the runaround, and now, no one is returning my emails. I have been playing at that casino for well over a year; this is the second time I have cashed in winnings, and now I'm being totally ignored. I was told they were having technical difficulties. Are they going out of business? I am so frustrated that they can take my money so quickly, but cannot pay out when a customer wins.

I just made my first deposit to Rushmore. Suddenly...I'm blocked from signing in until I go through some sort of "security" clearance. HUH??? It's an online casino, not a darn FDIC certified banking institution. Absolutely insane policy and if I'd known about it, not only would I not have deposited, but I would have warned others as well!!

Hi, I am very dissatisfied with Rushmore casino. I deposited $100 with one of your bonus codes and then won $1400 and had more than your $3000 turnover. But because I played once on video poker and lost $0,25 all my winnings were void. The reason was it was a "restricted game". There wasn't any warnings about restricted games except for a vague line in your terms and conditions. So I lost $1400 due to me playing video poker once. This is a horrible way to treat a customer I think.

Now I have attempted to withdraw my initial deposit of $100, but to no avail. I haven't received a message of why it's not possible or anything.

I am very disappointed with Rushmore casino and would urge anyone not to try it because of this.

I too like giving credit where due and I'm developing affiliate relationships as I go....
But each time I have tried to download/install your software, AVG antivirus posts a big RED warning notice about adware.
Strange, because I have read no reports about that from others and I have downloaded at least 40 casinos' software without ever seeing such a message.
I used CM banner on one occasion, on another found Rushmore on Google and went straight to your home page.
Any thoughts?
