After losing 4 to $500 at Supreme Play Casino I won $147. That was over 3 wks ago. Not only i have not been payed i also "have NO PROMS AVALABLE !. Not only that but they will not even reply to me at all ! Like i never existed ! . I would appreciate any help you can give me .thanx

I feel comfortable now i know i am not alone in being either no promotions available or locked out from rival casinos. I have done nothing wrong except maybe i won once or twice after losing many times !

I dont even know why I'm bothering, all attempts have been futile(like talking to a wall).Heres the deal..... I have made several deposits at rival casinos with my Visa card. No problem there(of course) but over the last several months multiple accounts have been created by former roommates. I explained all of this to support but its like I speak a different language. My account is under "edspeere" deposits should reflect that. I kindly asked to have the other "11" accounts deleted. Hasnt been done and probably wont ever happen. They have choosen to "bonus ban " me so I cant recieve free chips..............EVER!!! My S/O has a vegas regal account, recieves free chips on a constant basis, and has of yet not deposited any money. This whole situation sucks and I hate it. I have deleted all my rival casinos for the SHI Y treatment I get from them. Fix this crap and I'll redownload your casinos. TYVM edspeere

If you can help me, please do. Here is a complaint I sent in to the Online Players Association.

I have deposited in excess of $5000 into Dendera alone. It it apparent that the casino takes full advantage of compulsive players as they make no attempt to curtail repeated and continual deposits. In any case. I managed to win over $10,000 from both casinos combined . Upon winning $2000 at Tradition Casino, they 'locked me out of their casino therefore I can not contact them although I faxed in all my confidential banking information to them at least twice upon their request. Dendera had me fax and scan/email my documents to them several times, then they confirmed that my cash out request was being processed. Approximately two weeks later I contacted Dendera to inquire about the cashout and they informed me that they have not received any of the required fax back forms and had not processed the cashout request. They then abruptly closed the conversation.

i had active accounts at Lion Slots, Pantasia and a couple others. I was a depositing player in good standing. I ACCIDENTLY tried to registered an account at a Rival casino I had previously registered at (i had forgotten), and now ALL my Rival accounts are locked. Seems a little unfair to me as I was a depositor and never had any abuse. Just an honest mistake, as I play at so many casinos. I miss the Rival games. Is there any way I can get my accounts unlocked? I tried talking with customer service at some of the sites to no avail.
