If you can help me, please do. Here is a complaint I sent in to the Online Players Association.

I have deposited in excess of $5000 into Dendera alone. It it apparent that the casino takes full advantage of compulsive players as they make no attempt to curtail repeated and continual deposits. In any case. I managed to win over $10,000 from both casinos combined . Upon winning $2000 at Tradition Casino, they 'locked me out of their casino therefore I can not contact them although I faxed in all my confidential banking information to them at least twice upon their request. Dendera had me fax and scan/email my documents to them several times, then they confirmed that my cash out request was being processed. Approximately two weeks later I contacted Dendera to inquire about the cashout and they informed me that they have not received any of the required fax back forms and had not processed the cashout request. They then abruptly closed the conversation.
