Hi Renee,
My account at Grand Mondial is being moved to Casino Rewards and i had a cashout for 200.00 that should have been paid today like they always have but it was not paid. I checked my mondial account, and it shows no deposits and no withdrawls. Im wondering when and if your going to pay this? I have logged into my casino rewards account and noticed that there are many multiple accounts on many of your casinos. Why is this? Please let me know whats up with my cashout.
