I then replied asking them why was my mode of betting fine for the previous 4 casinos I played in their group but suddenly not anymore. Their answer to that was that they just gave me the "benefit of the doubt". They gave me the "benefit of the doubt" FOUR times ?? Then they finally decide to not pay me my winnings for my play at CasinoKingdom? I don't get this. Yes, I acknowledge that I did not fully read all their terms and conditions and did not see the "Point 13" rule as they pointed out... but why was I allowed to bet in this way if it was not permitted? Why did their casino software accept my bets? Why did the casinos accept my money with no probem when I lost? Stranger still, why did they pay my winnings at YukonGold casino when I won there?

Jan 22/09 - CasinoKingdom Casino. I deposited $77 and received a $80 bonus. I then made a full-balance bet of $157 on Roulette/Baccarat. I won that. I then made another full-balance bet of $314 and won that too, giving me a balance of $628. I then proceeded to play slots on Autoplay (Tally Ho slot, I think it was). I finished up with a balance of approx US$690 of which I withdrew on Jan 30. A few days later I received an email from CasinoKingdom support that there was a problem with my withdrawal and that I needed to contact "riskmanagement@casinorewards.com". I did so and their reply a couple of days later was:

Dec 10/08 - GoldenTiger Casino. I played here in again exactly the same manner. I received the maximum freeplay bonus of $200, made my deposit, and bet the whole amount on one game of Baccarat or French Roulette. Once again, I lost. Nothing was said by GoldenTiger casino.

Dec 25/08 - YukonGold Casino. Again I played the freeplay promotion here and obtained the maximum bonus of $200. I deposited $40 and then proceeded to wager the full amount on one game of Baccarat or French Roulette. This time I won. I then made another "double or nothing" bet of $480. I won again! I then played slots on autoplay using low bets to satisfy the wagering requirement. After that was completed I had a balance of approx. US$670 which I withdrew and received to my MoneyBookers account.

Max Drayton at Casinomeister suggested I contact you before they address my "Pitch-a-Bitch" which I submitted last week. I'm hoping you can help me. I've been experiencing some very inconsistent, confusing, and misleading behaviour from the CasinoRewards group (CasinoKingdom). Please let me outline:


Oct 21/08 - I played the FreePlay promotion at CasinoClassic. I obtained the maximum $200 bonus and deposited $20. I made a single bet of my full balance of $220 on Baccarat (or French Roulette.. I don't remember exactly) - which the casino software accepted - and lost. Fine. Nothing was ever said by CasinoClassic.

Nov 30/08 - I played *exactly* the same way as above, at BlackjackBallroom casino. I lost. Again, nothing was ever said by BlackjackBallroom one way or the other.
