OK - Again I am clearly just being ignored and this is just Bad Business! On January 1 the calendar promo was 30 spins on Gift Rap. When i tried to log in it gave an error message saying the casino refused to log me on my account had been locked! I took a screenshot of it and even placed my desktop calendar on it to show the date was clearly January 1 2011. I went to chat and was rudely told there was nothing wrong with my account and then hung up on! I sent an email with no reply! Sent another one today! But now I expect even if I do get a reply it will be to tell me to bad it was only for the January 1st and that day is gone! This is just WRONG!

oh and I went to chat via the website!
