Hello I requested a withdrawal in the amount of $250.00 on February 24th 2011to be applied back to my visa card, in which I changed to international wire transfer. So I emailed my documents that they say was never received, I was given many different emails that never worked so I called back and asked for a fax number. The fax numbers they provided never worked and finally the last one they gave me worked. I changed my method of payment to international transfer once the documents was received. I was told that everything was fine and they would start processing my withdrawal. I called back several days later to check the status and was advised my withdrawal had been approved. They told me once completed it will take 4-7 business days. They told me it was completed on March 25th 2011 and should be in my account by April 4th 2011. There is still no money in my account and when I log into the casino it still says that my withdrawal is a work in progress.
