Conversation Between RedFlush Host and labell

Hi I am so very disappointed with Red FLush. I have tried to resolve this via chat on Monday and phone, with Sylvester and Andy, but they are very rude. I received an offer of a 50% bonus match for Monday Mania. I had NOT entered the Seasons Winnings tournament as I am in the USA and not eligible for Microgaming tournaments, but that meant they wouldn't honor the match I tryed to get my dep back, and your banking withdrawal page clearly states $20 is the minimum to withdraw. TOday I receive an email from Denis with whom I have spoken that the banking section is WRONG and your t&C states the minmum is $100 to withdraw so I can't get my money back. Personally if I can't trust your banking screens I can't trust you with my deposits. I have written multiple times since Monday requesting my account be closed, as I no longer trust Red FLush.
