Hi. I have chose the freeplay option of 1000 freespins, and has won just over £200, and tried to claim my winnings, after depositing a minimum amount of £20.

I approached "live support" and spoke to Isha, and she told me to sent in my id and utility bills before the freeplay winnings can be awarded.

I did sent in the required documents, and did recieved email confirmation the the requested documents had been recieved and that it was accepted, by James, Isha and kim(your casino support representative).
