    Hi I am not happy, they took my money.
    Then sent email to say I had to produce docs; I asked them to cancel, immediately.
    Received an email saying they had.
    The funds were deducted from my account anyway. Not reflected in my account balance.
    For $40 i am not sending my details thanks!
    They were happy enough to take it! I want it back!
    What to do? Help?
