Hello Helen,

I've tried to solve this issue by contacting the livechat and email support from Purple Lounge but I'm getting no where with them.
Can you please help me with reopening my account?

I opened an account at your casino and won i huge amount of money with it.
After a few minutes my accounts was suddenly closed and despite all the effort's I put in it I still don't know what is going on.
Can you look into this matter for me?
