    Was playing at Quattro casino, using my own money not bonus, won $300, filled out the withdrawl request on the 19th nov. Was told completed on the 24th nov would have to wait 6 days to transfer funds back to credit card. 4th Dec no funds still. Contacted live support, they say yeah its gone from our end, tell me to go to bank and confirm no money has come thru bank. Done that on the 4th dec. Still no money or even an email saying what's going on.

    Need some help here from either a casino rep or even just some info, or someone to help sort this out, this is not the best start.
