I have tried to contact someone at casino titan for a week. Phone number is not valid and live chat does not work on my computer. No response from email I sent last week.
I would like to know why my withdrawal request is cancelled. I assume that I met playthrough req. since $ amount went from bonus box to withdrawable. I previously had a withdraw with this casino and had no problems. Can you give me a valid phone number name of someone who answers emails.

received an email saying I had a free chip for $37.00, downloaded from that site and tried to claim the chip..no good, instaed I was given $7.00, contacted CS who asked me to send copy of the email I received from Ally Brown saying she DID credit my acct. Checked again in cashier..no free chip plus they said there was no such message!
I sent the copy of her email what do they mean no such message??
I installed and uninstalled 3 or 4 times using the link in the advertised email I originally received.

i have made there a deposit of $30 with 300% bonus, ok.
before i depoiste i ask by by the time to withdrawal and by the waggering requirements
before i make the deposite the answer was theres no max cash out, the wagger is 25x deposite + bonus and the withdrawl takes 24-48h (neteller)
i made after complete the wagerign requiremets a withdraw of $1000, and it was dclined because i play in 2 progressive slots? and how about the more than $5000 that i bet in other slots (not progressive) when the wagering requirements was $3000? ($30 + 300% = $120 *25 = 3000) then the live support (2nd time) told that waggering requirements was 99x, afterall who was speaking true?
