I am having a problem with getting my money from Cool Cat casino! I have been a depositing player. I don't understand why when someone wins it should take them over a month to recieve their winnings. I won the money 11-9-2010. I was told it would take a couple of weeks to recieve my money, now it has almost been a month and a half. I have been speaking to Monica in the finance dept. and she tells me the finance dept. manager has to send the money. I have filled out all of the proper paperwork and opened up an account with Quick Collect in which they will take 30.00 of my winnings to get it back into my checking account. This is what I was advised to do to get my money back into my account. I would appreciate any help I could get at this point. I would like a reply from someone other than Monica telling me the same thing every week, "I am sending this to my finance manager." Getting my winnings would be nice. My user name is susanheartso.

I am having an issue getting jmy withdrawl from Cool Cat Casino. It has been approved for over a month and they keep delaying it.
