    I played their free 25 dollar chip and met all requirements to cash out. So I requested a withdrawal, meeting all requirements, 2 days later it was approved and I was told it would be wired to my bank account. Nothing was ever sent. Each time I contacted them I was given a different reason. They took over a week to tell me what was going on. They said I am banned. I only have one account with them so that couldn't be why.
