    I was just told by your casino which I really dont remember the last time I played ..I recieved an email so I downloaded the casino ,, went to look forgot about this casino & it said birthday bonus 10.00 contact live I pressed ok .. they said no lol ??? because I have played too many times with bonuses ,,I asked how many ,, he wouldnt tell me I do not remember , I must of played there I had change ..I wasnt even going to play ,, Jake said I would have to deposit a few times without bonuses ,,I always play with a bonus ?? always ..I do not understand this , im a straight up player ..     Hi Melanie I finally heard back form tech dept. but the explantion they gave me is not what I was inquiring about. I was playing Hidden Riches between 5:10 and 5:25 approximatley. I got the three tablets where the screen opens up and you have different chances to win different amounts times your bet. I hit 15 times my bet and the bonus round during bonus round I hit 2000 times my bet, game locked completely up so I had to shut computer down.I logged back on money was not there. I spoke to Kyle by live chat and he tried hard to help me but said he would have to send it to tech support because they would have to go into each bet on that game to see where bonus was hit.The email I recieved from tech support said I never hit 15 free spins only 5 I don't know if they received wrong info or what can you please pass this along. User name for casino maridowns game was hidden riches time above and during bonus round nothing to do with free spins. I appreciate this and hope to hear soon. Thanks

    Hi Melanie I had a problem with game locking up when I hit a bonus and spoke to Kyle Sunday June 7th he said he was sending it to tech dept. because they ha to go into bet to see where bonus was hit and I still have not heard back about how long does it take to receive reply. I also tried to phone and the phone number listed for USA does give fax tone
