martin i wrote recently regarding an 800 withdrawal that was being held but i do not think my account number was there it is rfver00149139 and also i was playing for 16 hours yesterday to obtain this and was told by a member of the support team before i joined that what i have is fine.....i have managed to withdraw from blackjack ballroom and fortune lounge with no problems by showing them these and it is my best ever single win so please will you let me know why i am being stopped from withdrawing what i won

i joined your casino last week and the first thing i did was go to live chat to inform them i have no picture ID as i have had this problem before with casinos, however most are accomodating as i am disabled (deaf) and the dept of motor vehicles have took away my drivers licence(for obvious reasons.) I was assured that this would not be a problem and i joined. I have had the best customer service i ever experienced up until now when i have had my biggest online win of 800 pounds and now their is a problem as all i have are bank statements ....debit card that is registered to your site and my birth lines....now the bank statements prove that the card is mines and of my address. The financial manger is now saying i cant have my cash as i dont have the documents i informed them of at the very beginning. Martyn please will you look at this as i love the casino but am feeling really let down at the moment.
