    hi Mario

    deposited $75 to grand mondial.. been doing for ages without probs...

    deposit confirmed by moneybookers email as usual but $75 is still in pending status at GM...

    tried to resolve this with 3 chat agents (duane & pascal - 2 s/visors on same shift & another agent...

    all telling me my $75 was rejected... "supervisor" (duane) & another agent said 24-48 hrs before it's resolved then pascal (the 'other' "s/visor") said 72 hrs...

    told them m/bookers was instant, confirmed by email and was gone from my account and is proof it's at GM but they deny this...

    left on hold for ages during chats and they showed no understanding regarding my problem...

    tried to deposit into another casino and was told i couldn't as i had a transaction "pending" (GM)...

    i can't play anywhere for up to 72 hrs... all s/visors & agents at GM would say was to exercise my patience...

    what can i do please?

    Hi Mario, I am having the same problem as someone else I read down there. On 10/14 I requested a cash out and by 10/16 all my documents were received. Its been over a week now and I keep getting the same run around answers. Now the weekend is coming and I will probably have to wait until Monday again to get anywhere.     Hi Mario as it is £10 I am not too bothered about it but I just get fed up of getting emails saying it is there you re-download it and nothing.     I am in the uSA and due to the switch for us my accounts were combined to my Players Palace (as it is active) and the casino share one closed. I have gotten 3 promo emails for 1) 1 x 30 spins on Johnny Spectra 2) 2 x 20 spins on snakes n ladders. Since these emails had the CS acc# on them they are not being honored so I am not receiving any of the promos since the switch.
    I had a VERY insulting and rude chat with Pascal and later with another support who said the spins would be credited to the players palace yet only credited 1x 20 on snakes n ladders.
    Could you review the chats over the past since the switch in my account and settle this issue please?
    My husband had a chat with support who said - and I quote
    "You can only keep one account, and promotion will only be available in that account"

    and I will gladly resume funding if I can get this settled to where i am getting honored promos.

    Hi Mario,

    I requested a cashout of $400 on 4/23 and was told by support that the funds were released to the processor on 4/26 and it would take up to 3 business days to show in my UseMyWallet account. It never showed up in my account and I contacted support several times. Finally on 4/30, the support rep contacted the processor and told me there was some sort of technical glitch and that I should receive it by Monday, 5/30 in the afternoon. It is now evening time and it still has not been processed. This is my first withdrawal with your casino and it is not going very well. My casino account is tcsr01207947. Need someone to get this taken care of.

    Hi Mario,

    Was playing at Quattro casino, using my own money not bonus, won $300, filled out the withdrawl request on the 19th nov. Was told completed on the 24th nov would have to wait 6 days to transfer funds back to credit card. 4th Dec no funds still. Contacted live support, they say yeah its gone from our end, tell me to go to bank and confirm no money has come thru bank. Done that on the 4th dec. Still no money or even an email saying what's going on.

    Need some help here from either a casino rep or even just some info, or someone to help sort this out, this is not the best start.

    Well we finally got the casino on the phone, it would appear we have commited the cardinal sin of opening our account in cdn dollars instead of euro and this is not allowed. Go figure!! They will refund the money into my bank account tomorrow apparently, I will be watching and waiting. It is a policy that will cost them for a lot of people. This is seriously not cool Casino Share. Oh well if all goes well this thread ends here. If not I will be posting once again.

    Dear Mario:
    Please help us. My husband opened an account #: tcsr06811119. We played the bonus 2009 and won 200. We were thrilled usually we do not win. In the midst of having fun, we were playing the bonus round on a slot and all of a sudden the connection dropped. That can happen, so we were not terribly concerned. We logged out and then when we tried to log back in got the sign that our account was blocked. This was very upsetting as I am sure you can understand. Casino Share did not answer the phone the multitude of times we called and then has yet to answer our email asking what happened. It is somewhat reassuring to see that Casino Share is accredited by Casinomeister, however I am definately not amused by not being able to contact them. They still have my deposit, which entitles me to at the very least an explanation as well as a refund. Please look into this and let us know.
