    Also, it says on GM's website that a direct bank transfer, as in my case, takes 3 to 6 days. If this is not the case, which apparently is not, this timetable needs to be updated on the website; as if I knew it was going to take this long, I would have not deposited in the first place...

    Mario, would you please care to explain why it takes 21 days to receive a wire transfer?

    Your support team is apparently being brainwashed into thinking that this is due to the situation in regards to my being in the USA.

    If GoWild can send me a bank wire that hits my bank account in under 24 hours from when it's sent, there's no reason that Grand Mondial can't do the same. I was told that my wire was supposedly sent on April 11th, which is now 5 business days and counting.

    This is ridiculous. I thought that I would give GM another chance and give you some of my action, and even though I was lucky enough to win and cash out, I still regret doing so.

    Rest assured, unless you change your withdrawal time frames, I will not be playing at GM again.

    mario i hope will help me i had a charge back that i did not realize i had, the message from INSTADEBIT was accidendly deleted i must have thought it was just a statement for purchases i never recieved anthing else from them i am begging you to take what i owe you plus any related charges and release what is left of the 3000.00 in my casinoshare account i really like the site and want to continue playing i must add that Florian was a comfort to me he felt that Mondial would do the fair thing as this was clearly an honest mistake on my part and i hope you will too i am just sick over this i am an honest and kind person mario please help me deborah de ligt tcsr01565558 delight1@shaw.ca the charge back letter was from 5/15/2008 i had to search through over 6000 deleted items to find it there were no further emails from them and as a result i did not realize there was a problem
