  1. A few days ago I won a Random Jackpot for over $7,000. I was told to wait for an email from security. Sent in the signed form, copies of a utility bill and ID with picture, I was also told to send a copy of the credit card used. I've sent it twice and receive the same message that it's "to dark" and can't be read..which I can't understand because I can read the copy perfectly..all the numbers.
    I called and spoke with Sean and asked if I could have the winnings sent to another bank where I also have an account, he came back saying yes I could to send all the new information to the security department..I did that also. just received an email saying it's absolutely neccessary to submit the card info again to process my withdrawl! As I explained to him we have tried everything to make the card image lighter including taking it to a photo store to have them copy it, but this card is very dark blue, almost black and the numbers just don't come any lighter.
