If I am understanding correctly your question - Then this in fact already exists - For US players, we accept two e-wallet methods which are called eWalletXpress and UseMyWallet - Both of these methods work similar to PayPal, whereas you deposit using a Mastercard/VISA in to your e-wallet account and just come to the casino cashier, enter the amount and your e-wallet account number and deposit, and the money goes straight in to your casino account to play with.
