It's now 11 days since I left you a message with still no response...Rushmore says the payment was sent...my bank says no one has attempted a wire...someone is lying to me and I know it isn't my bank...

I left the following message two days ago, and it was deleted off of your visitor messages with no response. What's the deal? Is this how I should expect to be treated in the future or was it a mere oversight?

It is now the 14th of January and I am still waiting on my wire that I was told was sent on 1/3. What's going on? No one seems to be able to provide me with any insight or the next steps to resolution. I'm a presidential vip member and have given Rushmore quite a bit of money...I give companies my business who treat me well, but because of the lack of information from Rushmore, I'm angry. I look foward to your response."...
