    Hello Louise. I have been promised that I would receive my withdrawal twice now. It was "approved" on Feb. 4th (after having been previously "approved") - I was promised my money within 6-10 working days. That deadline has passed. Someone e-mailed me from you casino and asked if I had received my money yet. I told him no. He said he was working on it. Frankly, I don't believe him Please stop stalling and give me my money.
