Follow up on my last note. I received my final $4000 today. Cherry Red has paid me in full. It took a little longer than I expected but they did pay me the entire $20000.I kept on contacting Megan Ross. She's excellent. She will return your emails. There is definitely a processor issue with this casino. My own bank had an issue with their processor and now they process their own wire transfers. So as I said before hang in there, you'll get paid. Good Luck all.

I had the same problem with Cherry Red Casino. Cashed out $20000 on 3/21. Received the same email over and over about the processor issue. But they have paid me $16000 so far since 5/2. They had to reprocess the last $4000 which was returned to them by my bank due to their own processor issue. So hang in there, they will pay up.

made a withdrawal on 3/21 for $18880. was told 6-10 business days for the first installment. nothing yet. i get the feeling i will never be paid looking at all of these complaints.
