    I am asking for your help to please resolve this issue. Hesitantly, I have already emailed back the Cherry Red Withdrawals Department with my bank information. Along with letting them know that my friends and I have been waiting to play at Cherry Red again until we see that the casino actually pays it's customers and in a timely manner. So far we don't have very much confidence, but I've heard great things about you, and am hoping you can help me gain some trust with your casinos, so I can continue playing at them again. Thank you very much in advance, and I hope that you can help expedite the process of me receiving my withdrawal.
  2. That same day I replied and asked questions as to how that's possible since I was already told my check was processed, and what is preventing them from simply writing me a check. My email was ignored. I then asked how long it would take for a bank transfer and received a response that it would take 7-10 Business Days.

    So now after I already waited the 2 weeks for my check, and after being lied to, I now have to wait 2 more weeks for a bank transfer that should only take 2-3 business days max to accomplish for a customer who has already waited the original 7-10 business days.

    On 2/17 I received an email stating that my withdrawal was processed and I should receive my check within 7-10 business days.

    On 2/27 I replied and asked for the tracking number so I could be sure my check was on it's way and when it was coming. I was told to check back in a week because Cherry Red doesn't get the tracking number until right before it would arrive to me or sometimes even after (which I find odd).

    On 3/4 I again asked for the tracking number. Now I am told there was a "system error" and my check was not sent. Excuse me? According to the email weeks earlier my check had already been processed and sent, and I was led to believe I was simply waiting for it to arrive. And now they asked for my information to do a Bank Transfer.
