L'arsenne again. The withdrawal mentioned in past mail is approved 25/11 the winning should have reached my bank account 9/12 and my username is Goldman and it it Slots Oasis Casino.

Dear Louise.

I have a withdrawal through bank wire that has been approved on 25 november, and in the e-mail I have got the message that my winnings should reach my bank account within 6-10 working days. However, now it has passed a week since the winnings should have been in my bank account. Could you please help me? My account is Goldman.

I have posted a mail to the withdrawal department, but I have not got any answer from you, so I try here since I am a Casino Meister member. I have a withdrawal issue.
